Have you ever gone out to dinner, ate enough fries dipped in mayo to feed a family of 10, then get super upset and concerned because you thought that you might have messed up progress?
Maybe you got sick, injured or just went traveling and had to skip a workout or three or maybe a whole week? Made you feel bad or guilty perhaps even nervous thinking yet again that you might have messed up your progress?
Listen!
Let me tell you something, and don’t miss this because it’s extremely important. Just listen, hear me out…I’ve learnt something from beautiful disciplined talented ladies, experience trainers on this and I want you to listen good.
You, CANT mess this up.
Im going to say it again….don’t stop reading.
YOU. CANT. MESS, This up.
Yes I don’t care if you blew waaaay past your calories by 3k extra babes. YOU didn’t mess up. Don’t even care If you missed one workout or one month of workout.
You Didn’t mess up.
Nope not even if you had an entire box of Oreo Drizzled Coco Crunch, 4 Whole Chocolate Cadbury Bars, 8 long cups of double chocolate ice blended and a trolley full of apricot pastries.
You Didn’t mess up.
Because here’s the magic of it all…and the only sure way to mess up, and that’s IF you stop altogether! If you give up. Quit. Throw in the towel. Say you’re done…
Even if NOBODY believes in me, SUPPORTS me or RECOGNIZES my effort.. ILL KEEP GOING

Otherwise my lovelies, you can’t mess up. It’s just IMPOSSIBLE. Because as long as you get right back on track you’re going to keep making progress. Most people…(i’m not saying you) just in general use, “oh I messed up” as an excuse to keep messing up, to stay off track and to not to put in more effort.
But that’s a whole lot of cat poo if you ask me, and as of this moment its really not a valid excuse…EVERYONE, even trainers I work with have days off, bad days and questionable eating habits….i’d be scared if they didn’t because we are all human and humans …. binge!
All I’m saying as long as you get right back on track you’re good. You see because this fitness thing…this journey you’re on…well let me break it to you… its meant to be FUN. It’s suppose to make you HAPPY and SMILE and be CONFIDENT and feel STRONG and stay PROUD. Its not a competition! NOT A COMPETITION. There is no day or time or hour at which you need to arrive at, to achieve your goals. No need to rush…no need to scurry, remember you’re in this for the long haul. Its for life babes, not 3 weeks, 6 weeks not even 12 weeks…this is FOREVER.
And when you’re playing forever, you simply just can’t mess up…Get right back into it you lovely one. You got this!
