Oops I ate more than I should have

Did you end up the past week missing more workouts than what was intended and ate more than planned? Oops I ate more than I should have.

Phsst sis, Not a big deal.

Just, forget it and move forward.

Don’t do that to yourself, snap back out of it. I used to beat myself over “could of, would of, should of” done. If you are doing that to yourself – just go on now and snap right back out of it. Because, there is no need to have that guilt as the focus of the day. Instead, shift the focus on to something that you can change, like moving forward.

Keep On Keeping On

Every time you catch yourself say Oops I ate more than I should have. Remember, that guilty feeling, well.. it does nothing to change what happened. And, what it could do though if we dwell on it too much, can negatively impact how we move forward. So, don’t feel bad or guilty if the weeks plan got a bit off track. What you need to do is to keep moving forward. What’s done is done, and it’s a new day today. Just get back into it.

And just because it’s Sunday, it doesn’t mean you have to wait till Monday to start!

I’m going to say. It isn’t what we do and consume on our holidays or those rest days. Or even those random days when we derail. It’s how we don’t lose eyes on those healthy habits is what that truly matters. We got to train our minds to get right back into it. Right after the “off day” – because that’s what adds up and will produce you the results you want!

Move Forward

Ooh heres a suggestion, why don’t you do what you can TODAY to move forward. A little stretching or active recovery to start with will bring great benefits to how you feel. Mom babes as you are fully aware yesterday is gone. Tomorrow is not promised…we have just the today which we are left with, do that stretch today!

No changing yesterday we can’t do that. It happened and it’s ok. Because we are taking action and we are doing the BEST thing which is to just keep moving forward. So today, right now right here get back to tracking In that journal of yours. And focus on getting back to quality eating..

Maybe if you have sometime after the stretch . Get a a quick 15-20 min workout or go for a little extra walk to be active. You can if you’re up to it, bring forward Mondays training. Yeah, so what if you’re repeating it again… even if you can’t do your usual training session. Just do something to get your mind off it, dancing cycing walking or jogging just don’t beat yourself up. You wouldn’t have to worry the next time and no more saying Oops I….ate more than I should have

Time to pick yourself up and keep on moving forward!
