I’m sharing my favorite healthy smoothies which I found has aided me with all my hunger pangs. This easy recipe are pretty tasty, reasonably healthy and is so easy to do. It’s bussing (so says my teenage girl). Super versatile smoothies are good for breakfast or pre and post workout snack or a fun treat!

Not only it will nourish your body with its and minerals these are excellent for kids as well.

To me this is the perfect post workout snack. Its delicious and nutritious. Berries are a good source of fibre and it keeps me feeling full.

Another favourite of mine is this 3 ingredient Mango Banana Yogurt Smoothie. Mango is my favourite tropical fruit. I freeze my freshly sliced bananas so when I make the smoothie its nice and cold.
