Say No to Quick Fixes and Yes to Lifestyle Changes
Mom babes sis, come on stop looking for quick fixes already. You want to lose weight the healthy way. That extra body fat that you want to get rid of did not take 30 days to accumulate so why on Earth do you believe that it would take you one month to lose it? and KEEP IT OFF? Let’s be completely real here now mom babes because I appreciate you. The better way to lose weight is healthy way.
Ok, true there’s no denying that in some cases quick fixes can and do make people lose a few kilos. It’s the overnight drop in weight (after day one) that is enough to convince people that they’re doing the right thing for their health, motivating them to keep going. But … it wears off sis.
Read On.
Sure, you may lose a couple centimetres off your waist this month or drop 5-10 kilos temporarily, but I’ll be willing to bet my money, it’ll all be back – PLUS MORE in a month! When you binge eat from all the restriction and stress you put yourself through.
Why are we so wrapped up in getting results TOMORROW ? why do we always look for the easiest path there….sis! are you thinking of resorting to slim down tea cleanses & diet pills? You do realize that if you resort to it you’re also risk throwing off your hormones and mostly likely will cause your cortisol levels to rise due to extreme deficit of much needed nutrients in your diet??!
So.. No! Don’t do it. Get yourself on a balanced diet. One that consists of whole foods, grains, proteins, and eat your favourite ‘certain things’ in moderation.
WHAT DOES WORK?
Starting today, make one small change in your diet or exercise routine. See if you can sustain it for a week. If so, make another small change in your diet or exercise routine. See if you can sustain both for another week. Repeat over and over and over again until the changes become habits. Check out my free diet suggestions and follow some exercise routine that I enjoy doing, plus get my 12 Weeks Fitness Journal / tracker while you’re at it.
It’s not a sexy process, I know.
But it works. Time and time again.

Do keep this in mind…small decisions/changes, when done consistently, equals big results. The decision to not skip the gym today, the decision to put back the chocolate that’s in your cart at the grocery store because you don’t really need it. Choosing the salmon and vegetable entrée at your favorite restaurant instead of the pasta Alfredo. All of these little decisions add up over the long term and before you know it, the results start coming.
Besides, what were you planning on doing this next 30 days anyways? 🤷🏽♀️ Guess what it doesn’t matter click here – I got your next 90 days covered – lets do this.
